User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for all activity occurring under their accounts.
System Access

Data & Business Information
Clients retain ownership of their operational and business data entered into the platform.

Payments & Agreements
Pricing, implementation fees, subscriptions, and project agreements are defined individually with each client.
Failure to complete agreed payments may result in:
- suspended access,
- limited functionality,
- or termination of services.
Limitation of Liability
Optimo360 is not responsible for:
- business losses,
- operational interruptions,
- indirect damages,
- or data inaccuracies caused by incorrect user input or external service failures.
Users are responsible for verifying operational and financial decisions made using platform data.
Service Availability
We aim to maintain reliable and secure platform availability; however, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed at all times due to maintenance, updates, infrastructure issues, or third-party service interruptions.
Third-Party Services
Some platform features may rely on third-party providers including:
- cloud infrastructure,
- payment processors,
- analytics tools,
- or communication services.
Optimo360 is not responsible for disruptions caused by third-party providers.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to services if users:
